DR NORZ Clinic – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DR NORZ, we are committed to providing a professional, high-quality service to all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please carefully read our refund and cancellation policy before booking.

1. Appointments & Deposits
    •    All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
    •    This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
    •    Cancellations or rescheduling before 24 hours will retain the deposit; after 24 hours, deposit is forfeited.

2. Cancellations Made by the Client
    •    If a client chooses to cancel an appointment for any reason (including personal, travel, or medical reasons), payments made are non-refundable. This includes full or partial payments, whether paid via Paypal, Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay or any third party payment method.
    •    In the case of medical contraindications, the payment can be held as clinic credit valid for 12 months, which may be used for alternative treatments once medically cleared.

3. Cancellations Made by DR NORZ
    •    If DR NORZ must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or practitioner unavailability, you will be offered an option to reschedule.

4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
    •    Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit or prepayment.
    •    Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit.

5. Refunds
    •    Due to the bespoke nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are given for completed treatments where the service has been provided in good faith.
    •    Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund, as results vary depending on individual anatomy, skin condition, and aftercare.

6. Klarna and Third-Party Finance
    •    Payments made via Paypal, Stripe, Klarna, Payl8r, Clearpay or other third-party finance options remain subject to the terms and conditions outlined above and are governed by this refund policy.
